If you would like a contact lens prescription, please bring something that shows the power of your current lenses (such as the packaging or a sheet of paper with the data).

For minors looking for the first contact lens prescription

Please download the above form in advance and have your parent fill out the necessary information and bring it with you, or come to the clinic with your parent and fill it out at the reception on the day. Junior high school students and younger must accompany a parent when visiting the clinic.

For those visiting not for contact lens prescriptions

We ask that you remove your contact lenses except for visits to get contact lens prescriptions. Please come to the clinic wearing glasses. If you are wearing contacts, please bring your lens case, cleaning solution, spare lenses or glasses. If you do not have them, we will lend you a lens case containing a saline solution and ask you to temporarily remove it during the examination and consultation.

The appointment time is the time we start the examination.

Priority is given to appointments

Patients who have appointments would be called earlier, regardless of their reception time.

About the order of medical examinations

The order in which patients are called may change depending on the content of their consultation.

Waiting time

You can go out during your waiting time. Please feel free to ask the staff.

For those who visit the clinic requesting treatments

Treatments such as incisions for styes (chalazion and hordeolum) won't be performed on the day.

About late-time visit

We might not be able to do a complete the examination or practice for wearing contact lenses when you come nighttime.

For parents with infant patients

To prevent aspiration during the examination, please refrain from feeding your children until the examination is completed.

Pets not allowed

We do not accept pets to come to our clinic.

No photography allowed

Please refrain from recording and taking pictures or videos in the clinic.


Precautions②

You can use My Number card as a health insurance card.

We have a system for online eligibility verification.

About Health insurance

We check your health insurance card or My number health insurance card every month. If you don’t have it, you need to deposit 100%(full amount) of medical fee until you bring the original card by the end of month.

About additional charge

You will need to pay an additional charge in accordance with the law after 6:00 pm on weekdays, after 0:00 pm on Saturdays, and entire day of Sundays and holidays(including 12/29.30).

About contact lens examination fee

If you have previously had a contact lens examination fee calculated at our clinic, the re-consultation fee will be calculated. If an ophthalmologic examination is performed for the purpose of contact lens wear, 200 points will be calculated.

For those who have had cosmetic surgery

For symptoms in areas related to cosmetic surgery are not covered by insurance.

Second opinion

A second opinion costs the full amount even with health insurance. Please bring any test results that show your previous medical treatment.

Referred to another hospital

Even if we cannot treat you and you are referred to another hospital, you will be required to pay the reference fee and examination fee.
